Would you fix this?

Post by Reb Stew on November 14th 2013, 5:04 pm

It seems I have a sickness. For some reason I see things in some cars others don't. All my life I like the uglier cars for some reason. I think that I feel with a little effort they may have a second chance at life. Not that my work is anywhere near perfect but to me I think I'm helping it. Sometimes I make some money. Other times I loose my butt. Thing is that is what I like to do. It's my hobby and I enjoy working on this junk.

So am I alone? I'm just wondering.

To this. while this is nothing fancy I do feel it looks a little better and some young kid bought it and it's his first hot rod. His words not mine.

Would you fix this? If yes what would you do. Back stock? Finish it up as a custom or just drive it?

Yep I would fix it, for me just drop it, heavy flake and a lace job on the roof and then roll low and slow. You can get a nose bleed from sitting that high in a kustom.

No plans yet on the car. Maybe some small ideas floating around up stairs. Wish I had a roof. They did a bad chop. Tons of stuff I don't like. If I get into this one I'm not sure if I will leave anything alone. Nothing is up to my standards on this other than the door. She's rough.
