Those were never on my list of favorite T-Birds. You made that thing into a pretty bad (BEEP) ride though.

That is a huge improvement, almost makes you want to keep it, but I'm sure somebody else will think the same thing.... keep one thing in mind, no matter how ugly, it's like the ugliest pony in the pasture, somebody out there is in love with it and wants to take it home.

Yea. I told my son to walk up on top of the hill by the property line. He looked at me kind of nuts and I told him it would look great from way up there.

It's just an old beater and it's for sale. No hiding what it is. You all see it. Has some mud in the body but frame, floors and trunk are factory perfect. Motor is killer but I'm not a Ford guy. $1800, trade or $1400.00 to a club member if anyone wants it. Price won't go down. I have $1400.00 in it so club members only will get a break in the price. All other will have to trade me out of it or I'll drive it. Heater was not working good on the trip but after I turned it off for a few minutes it would blow hot when I would start it. Sound like it doesn't have a thermostat in it. Yesterday I kept it on the road all day and racked up some miles to see how it would do. It ran fine, it's just not my style car. Someone else will make it a better owner now. Slots for the front go with it by the way. They are just not on the car.

I thought about pulling the engine but I just couldn't force myself to. I think the car will make a cool cruiser for someone. At least with the little bit I did it may have a second life. Very Happy
