I like it. It's a change from the normal red 57 you always see. I'm not sure I'd keep it that way if it was mine. If it was a 4 door I would. Two doors just looks tough to me in that 70's trim you use to see as a kid. Cragers or slots and a 4 speed ripping gears.

It would work for me better too if it wasn't yellow.

I'd keep the yellow and change the car. Wink I never was a fan of '57's. Maybe 'cause everybody wanted one back in the 70's and I never was a crowd follower.

I like it, the color combo isn't the best but I think the biggest thing is the black inside the side trim. It makes the rear look to heavy and throws of the balance of the car. IMO on a lowered car dark colors should always be kept below the beltline, this draws the eye down and make the whole thing look lower.

I really like the "custom" style. You don't see it often on tri fives and if it's not done just right most won't like it.
Below are some pics of a custom 55. I have seen this car in person and was all over it checking it out down in Austin. The pics do not do this car justice. This has to be one if not the one of my favorite 55's

Do you have a feeling I like that car? I was looking through some old pics and found this from 2009. I can't remember who made this. May have been Riggs. Strange it doesn't say Scroungers anywhere on it. It may have been one we didn't use.

I've always like a tri-5 done in a custom fashion.

Like Price Maples car, I have other pictures but took this one at Boonesbourough over the weekend.

I did that one. It was an idea that wasn't finished. Mainly it wasn't finished because the Newport Car flyers were taken away from the club. So there wasn't a need for me to work on that one anymore.
