We rolled out of the back roads and hit AA highway for the last hour of our trip. It was a nice family run. I wish Corey would have went but he's too busy being 18. I guess we won't see much of him for a while.

I love Aberdeen. Cool little town. A couple years ago me and my daughter stayed at Browns (pictured above) and it was a really nice place for the price. $44.00 in 2010

I can imagine when 52 was THE ROAD to drive, all those little towns were bustling places. Aberdeen alone has four motels.

Yea, If you look close you can really see the past. The signs are still there you just have to put them all together to figure it out. It's like the junk yard over on 52. Jacks... His sign still has Rt 52 Drive In on it. So at one time where all those junkers are sitting were guys and gals watching the big screen.

It was a great day to get away and enjoy other little towns and county side. Maybe Corey would have went if we said we was going to the beach..

So, he's doing pretty good now? I think I remember when I healed up that quick. Smile

He was like a firecracker getting ready to go off when he was couped up in the house for so long. He's healed up really well. He still has some blood in his eyeball that is making the white of his eye red in some spots but the Docs say that will go away.
