Scroungers Christmas Party Pics

Post by RebStew on December 9th 2007, 11:14 am

All I can say is WOW... This was a blast...The first guests showed up at 4:00 p.m. and the last guests left at 4:30 a.m. Not bad for a
12 1/2 hour party Laughing I for one had a great time. I wanted to say thanks to everyone that came and a big thanks to everyone that made it happen. We had more food than a army could eat. GOOD FOOD!! I know it was crowded from time to time but we made it work. I wanted to tell my perfect wife Amy, thanks for not shooting me when I was freaking out over all the last minute details of the party Wink I hope everyone had fun and I hope you felt at home. Any of you are always welcome anytime. Also wanted to thank Carter County Cruiser CC for the call and everyone wishing us a Merry Christmas. That blew me away. That or Phill asking me what color my panties were before I knew who he was. lol. They had their party tonight too. I have some pics but I'm tired. Post up what you have if you want and I will try to get some on here after I wake up today Sleep Very Happy

Took a few pictures last night. Some are flattering, some aren't.

The hostess with a few important guests:

and someone expressing how I think everyone felt

Even though not everyone was smiling constantly, right John? and I think some are even more adament about not having their picture taken as expressed by DD.

A couple of the locals chicks, one hiding and one not

See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil? (or pick my nose?)
Monkeys none the less!

Some of those that drove great distances to partake of the festive atmoshpere

The food was good, the hospitality was great, the frendship..........priceless!! and the traffic going home at 4:30 in the morning was a lot, and I do mean a lot, lighter.

I always get stressed wondering if everyone will make it and have a good time. here I am the day before the party. sending out invites on the computer, while talking to someone with the house phone and talking to someone else with the cell.

is this not the craziest person you ever seen? I'm not sure why we let Satin in the day before. we needed a taste tester for the food. he was happy to do it. poor Dennis. he may have left with his belly hurting he ate so much.lol

Amy getting the some of the food ready

Randy Vickers kept telling me he was hungry

This is my favorite part of the club right here. I always tell everyone that they are more than welcome to bring the kids. we had so many little future hot rodders running around the house we couldn't get them all in one pic. I think this is what make the club cool. it is all about FAMILY and friends.

here's Aryan doing his little dance.

the last one I have.. the officers of the club wanted to show their thanks for having such great members so we had some limited edition Scroungers Hot Sauce made up. these were handed out wrapped up in a 3 page Scroungers news letter. I hope you all got a kick out of it. if not you will when you eat it. there are only a few of these left. the rest will be sold in the club merchandice thread and the money will go to the club. Thanks again for coming and I hope you all had fun.
Merry Christmas everyone
