1986 Porsche 944 not your dads VW

Post by falconwagon62 on February 25th 2010, 11:47 pm

I know, this is not what we think of as a hot rod....but it is to me! 4cly motor in the front, a long torque tube taking that power to the rear, to the transmission, looks like a VW tranny in the back, that allows a 50-50 weight transfer, handles like a cat at 90 around the turns....Plus they can be had from 2000-5000 for a NICE car, Leather, Loaded and 25 MPG to boot....

Looks good. I like the wheels on it. Makes it look better than most.

I found a clutch for around $430 if I can remember right. Think it was eBay.
