I have been all over that ol' 55. It's funny so much was brought up about the car on the HAMB. It sat at Little Dave's dads house for so many years without anyone knowing anything about it being there.

built by bob horn and his dad at dads shop in norwood ohio ( i think ). bob now lives in iowa, what a fantastic machine it was, i remember when we took it to a show in parkersburg w.va. no doubt about it was the sexiest thing in wyoming ohio for a long time. God bless bobs mom and dad, they were both so cool1

The new guys won't know this but I found this car by my house a while back. I tried to buy it but it wasn't in the works. She was rough. Anyone seen this one lately?

I had a chance to buy this '55 about 12 years ago. I fell in love with it and wanted it bad! If I remember correctly the price at the time was $20,000.00. My daughters were little at the time and the price was just out of reach for me at the time. I still love the old '55!

In 2007 I found it over on Locust Pike. It had seen better days. We could get together on the price. After that a doctor bought it and wanted big money for it. It kept going down in price until it sold. Last I heard some guy up in Ohio has it and is shooting flames out of it's tailpipes at shows.

Okay guys. The original builder Mr. Horn's family is looking for this car and they want to try to get it back in the family. Last I heard it was around Dayton or Columbus Ohio. If anyone knows anything about where the car is now or how we can get a number or address to the owner please shoot me an email. Scroungers_CC@Yahoo.com
