We went to Heaths place first and I checked out is Camaro that the garage fell on. Then on to this older guy that John has known for a long time. He opened the garage and we hung out for a long while just talking hot rods. The guy had some real cool stories that only come with age and wisdom. People like him is why I am like I am.
Dad found a truck that I liked and I decided to fix it up with dads help. It has some ruff parts on it and the good looking parts ended up being worse.

The good looking parts of the truck was full of bondo and was in bad shape after we got a better look. The nice hood had been folded over. The nice fender had big holes mudded over. The one nice door was all patched up and the window regulater was garbage. The window would just fall down in the door when you close it. But all that will be changed.

Mike done this one for me and I picked it up at the Labor of Love Show. I been wanting to post pics but the camera needs batteries. Mike posted this pic so I snatched it off his facebook or myspace. If you need anything done Mike can do it. I was impressed at how tight this roller can move. Pretty wicked. He has some other stuff already done. There are some pics here some place. If he can roll this Scroungers name out he can do just about anything you can come up with.

Thanks again Mike.

Amy got some bad news today while we was at the car show. I think they down played it a little untill she got home. Her grandpa was on a Bobcat and rolled it over out on the farm. Not sure if he wasn't seat belted or what but it looks like he hit his head hard enough that they think he fractured his neck. At first they acted like everthing was cool but after we got out of the show we found out that he can't move his legs. They are doing testing on him now and trying to figure out what's going ...

The Ducktail Run in Gas City is always a good time, at least for the last 25 years or so that I've been going. There's something going on all the time, huge swap meet, and a large number of new product vendors. That's not to mention all the deep fried food you can imagine. I thought maybe the people from the north that get on here mioght enjoy it for a day or two or three or four.

He is nuts over Mustangs and will point out every Mustang you pass while you are out driving. I have no idea where he got this Ford gene, Surely not from me but he likes them. His 59 was cool but I think from the lack of work getting done he wanted something else. The guy drove down from Cleveland Ohio and traded Aryan even. With the old engine the Stang ran the ...

I have been on the look out for a pair of fenders for a while since these are pretty rusty and just need replaced. So last week I decided to flip the bill for a nice lowering set up. Big cars didn't handle and you had to power slide around deep corners to keep your speed up other wise you hit the brakes and then gassed it to speed up again. Why they say drifting was invented in Japan I'll never know. Drifting is taking ...
